Shipping & Returns

• Currently we are able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and all other countries around the world.
• For each address within the United States, the following charges apply: Ground shipping: Free. Please allow 4-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

• Please allow an additional 5-7 days for delivery of standard made-to-order items and an additional 7-14 days for delivery of sophisticated handmade items by an artisan. 
• To inquire about shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses, please contact Customer Service at contact@perimade.com. 

More Information on Complementary Shipping:

• Free shipping excludes PERIMADE for business accounts.
• Sales tax do not count toward the total amount. 
• Free shipping is available for orders ship to the U.S. and all other countries around the world.

• Perimade & Co. accepts return for any non-customized or non-made-to-order item and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Customized items such as birthstone, hand engraved or photo jewelry, and made-to-order items such as moissanite jewelry are not returnable.

• Items are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in sellable condition within 90 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Items must be returned in its original packaging.
• A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please contact Customer Service at contact@perimade.com and follow the instructions.
